Hello Family!
This has been quite the week! We got new missionaries on Wednesday. There are some really awesome missionaries. And Elder Brandon Davis from the Wolf Hollow 2nd ward is going to Tokyo! It was awesome to find out that I had a friend from home in our zone.
Last Tuesday our devotional was given by Elder Pearson of the Seventy. I think he is my new favorite member of the Seventy. His talk was amazing! He just got put in in April, so hopefully he gets to speak in conference this upcoming April.
On Saturday I actually got to leave the MTC because Elder Evans hurt his jaw during gym time and the MTC health center isn't open on Saturdays. We got stuck in the traffic going to the game, and on our way home got stuck in the traffic leaving the game. We actually had a really awesome experience at the hospital (Elder Evans' jaw is fine by the way). We had a man come up to us and ask us to give his step-daughter a blessing. It was an amazing experience. We feel that that was probably the reason we were able to go to the hospital.
