We sort of forgot about Easter because Japan isn't a Christian country and we didn't go to normal church on Sunday (we were watching General Conference). Conference was way good. There were so many good talks. It was awesome to hear from Elder Allen F. Packer and Elder Kevin M. Pearson of the Seventy because they spoke to the missionaries when I was in the MTC. Elder Pearson is my favorite Seventy. I believe that this was his first time speaking in General Conference and it was way good.
That missionary scrap booking sounds cool. The line "if you ever have any questions Dallin I will always be here" is certainly fitting for Bryce. That line will probably always make me emotional, but it is a good reminder.
It sounds like you have been having a lot of fun at BYU. My companion and I reminisce about BYU all the time. I am so excited to go back there when I get home.
Alright, now on to my week. We had Zone Conference on Thursday, and it was amazing. I always learn so much from the Daniels, and they know so much. I also had the opportunity to give a 5-minute talk on the purpose of life. I was very surprised to get called on (everyone said that the President usually picks older missionaries) but it went alright. I got to talk in English, so I wasn't too nervous.
On Friday I had exchanges all day with Elder Burton from North Carolina. He has been in Japan for 3 transfers longer than me (he came to Japan in the beginning of October). It was a way good experience, and I had to talk a lot more than usual.
Saturday and Sunday were General Conference for us. Since then, it has mostly been a normal week. Yesterday we did a lot of finding and had a ton of success. We were able to set 6 appointments, the same amount that we have set in each of the past two weeks. We have also had a few really good lessons this past week. The work seems to be picking up, and we are way excited for these last two weeks of the transfer. More likely than not, one of us will get transferred in two weeks (and it will most likely be my companion).
Well, that's about it. Thank you so much for all of the great letters. I love you all.
